  1. Online Shop Order Processing: Once you place an order for our windows and doors, we will process it within 4 business days. Please note that all orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment.

  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. 

  4. Estimated Delivery Time: 

    1. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that our windows and doors are manufactured in Poland, and the delivery time from the time of order confirmation is up to 6 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.

    2. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing your order. We will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

    3. Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your order, it is important to carefully inspect the packaging and contents for any visible signs of damage. You must notify us within 3 business days of any damages or discrepancies in your order.
